One Layer Wednesday ~ on the edge

Stamps: Polka Dot Basics II (PTI); Mesh (Visible Image)
Ink: Pear Tart, Rhubarb Stalk (Memento)
Font: Special Elite 
Printed out the sentiment & added the faux washi tape as described HERE.  Originally intended to mask it so the red was 'over' the green, but I forgot &  I like it like this now.
