Papers: paint charts
Font: Trocchi
Other: 0.5 inch hole punch

I simply cut strips of random (yes, random) widths from a neutral palette paint chart, & 2 from a pastel chart, arranged them (randomly) on a strip of paper & trimmed to size. Punched 2 rows of holes & overlaid the holes on the strips. Sentiment printed on the computer in the accent colour, et voila!
