A bit of summer sunshine in a card! I started with the large blue square & just created around it. I used a square punch to cut out all the corner pieces, to make sure they stayed square to the edge. Sentiment was stamped on a scrap, banner 'v' cut with square punch, then matted on to red card & cut around with a knife.
